NYRPCorp Covid 19 Update - 3/26/2021
During this time of crisis New York Replacement Parts wishes everyone be safe and to practice safe guidelines as have been outlined through the media, especially if you plan on coming to a retail location. Please wash your hands and be safe everyone!
- As businesses start to re-open we are now accepting all returns.. Returns will be processed on a first return, first processed basis as they come in. Please expect some delays in the return process as we clean and disinfect the returns as they come in, but we will process them as fast as we possibly can. To initiate a return please login to your account to start the return process. If you are expecting a refund please also expect just a slightly longer processing time. We want to thank you all for your cooperation at this time as we slowly get back to doing full business again. It's been a long road but hopefully, together, we can all get back to normal business. Thank you again!
- As of right now all of our retail locations are open Monday - Friday. Closed Saturday until further notice.
- Due to safety protocols we are only allowing 4 customers inside our retail locations at one time. We apologize for the inconvenience but this is necessary for the safety of our customers and employees.
- Because of the rapidly changing environment please call the store before coming to make sure what you need is in stock. We encourage no unnecessary travel, for anyone, at this time.
- The website staff are still working at full capacity and as of now shipments are still going out normally. We will update you all, promptly, if any anything changes.
USPS Shipping
As of right now the United States Postal Service has sent out an updated status on shipping delivery times. The following updates are from USPS:
- USPS Priority Mail Express: This service will not experience any delays at this time.
- USPS Priority Mail: Local 1-day delivery will not experience delays. However, the 2-3 day delivery window will now be extended to 3-4 days.
- USPS First-Class Package Service: 2-3 day delivery windows will be extended to 3-4 day delivery windows.
