Refund Policy

Refunds are at the sole discretion of nyrpcorp.com. Refunds will not be issued until nyrpcorp.com receives and inspects the returned items. Refunds will alway be refunded to the payment method you used for the purchase, usually within 1 to 3 business days after the parts have been received and inspected by us. If the return is over 30 days old the refund may have to come in the form of a check, 10 business days, depending on the payment method you used.

How our refunds work is simple and fair!

  • You ordered the wrong part: If you ordered the wrong part and just want a refund, after we receive the part back and inspect it, we will process your refund within 1 to 3 business days. As this was your error the cost to ship it back to us is your responsibility and the refund will be less the shipping cost incurred by us to originally ship it to you. Very important you are absolutely sure the part you are ordering is the part you need. It will save you time and money!
  • We sent you the wrong parts: If we do accidentally send the wrong parts and you just want a refund, possibly because you then had to buy them locally because the repairs were time sensitive, we understand and will send you a pre-paid return label for the parts and give you a full refund including all shipping costs originally incurred by us.
  • Refunds on Defective Parts: Unfortunately we cannot refund parts that are defective. We will only replace them. Why you may ask? Again, unfortunately this is a case of the few, ruining it for the many. We have had too many orders where we were sent back a customers old parts looking for a refund on the new parts we sent claiming they are defective. Yep. It happens. We have been doing this 40 years and can clearly tell old from new. To combat this we will only exchange defective products for the same products ordered. We will send you a pre-paid label to return them.
  • Refunds on Cancellations: As long as you cancel the order before it has been shipped you will receive a full refund. There is only one exception and that is if you placed a very large bulk order that took a lot of time and shipping material to pack. You can find complete details on cancellations here.
