Starting May 1, 2021 New York Replacement Parts (NYRPCorp.com) will be required to collect sales tax in the following states.
- New Jersey
- New York
- North Carolina
- Rhode Island
- West Virginia
* Pennsylvania will be added at a future date as we are approaching nexus in that state. If you want to submit your states form now you can. This way you're setup for future orders. Pennsylvania is not a member state so if you could please submit the Streamlined Form with your state form that would be great!
* Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Utah and Wisconsin are members of the Streamlined Sales Tax Initiative so we can accept just the Streamlined Form below.
* Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, New York and Virginia are not participants in the Streamlined Sales Tax initiative so you should send us your states tax exempt form as well as the Streamlined form. The Streamlined form has some information we need from you to enter it into the system correctly that's not normally on the state form. We can accept just the Streamlined form for all other states.
As of now the above are the only states we collect sales tax in. If you don't live in a state outlined above you don't need to submit a form. Thank You!
The Streamlined Sale Tax Governing Board has their own sales tax exemption form that we are allowed to accept. It contains all the information we need to enter you into the system.
Current customers: Please write on the form the name, email address and phone number of the account used to login to our website so we can find, identify and associate your account with the exempt form. This will also make it much easier to notify you, ASAP, when your account is setup and ready to place orders.
New Customers: Please create an account on the website but don't place the order until we enter you into the system and contact you. Also please write on the form the name, email address and phone number of the account you just created so we can find, identify and associate your account with the exempt form.
Please download and complete the: Streamlined Sales Tax Exempt Form. If you are filing for only one state you can disregard the multi state page. If you are a multi state customer you will need to fill out page 2 with the exemption number for each state.
Then email it to: firstname.lastname@example.org before you place your next order or if a new customer, before you place your order. We will then contact you when your account is setup to place tax exempt orders. Any questions please email us at this same email address.
