- Replacement stem is 12 inches overall length
- M-123-0093 is for "Old Style" Mansfield 500 series full-turn hydrant only
- Will replace stem in a 578-08 or 590-08 hydrant
- Right hand and left hand graphite packing included
- Pre-tapped (threaded) for handle screw
- Replacement stem for Mansfield style 500 series full-turn hydrants manufactured from 1970-2006
