Knocking

It’s also possible that the water pressure is too high, which can cause the pipes to jerk around and make that dreaded knocking sound.

Low Water Pressure

Unless you’re running the sprinkler system outside, there should be no reason for low water pressure inside. Low water pressure is almost always an indication of a leak or a clog. Dripping

Colored Water

Water should always be clear when it comes out of your pipe. If the water is colored, then that’s a sign that you need plumbing repairs. Cloudy or white water just signifies air in your pipes, and you’ll see that after turning off the water supply and turning it back on. But, brown, red, or yellow water is a sign that your pipes are old. Green and blue water is also a sign of corrosion of your copper pipes, which requires immediate attention and the installation of new pipes.
