- Replacement stem is 8 inches overall length
- M-123-4090 is for the "Original" Mansfield Style 400 series half-turn hydrants only
- Will replace stem in a original 478-04, 479-04, 490-04 or other half-turn original 400 series 4 inch hydrant
- Left hand graphite packing included
- Pre-tapped (threaded) for handle screw
- Replacement stem for Mansfield style Original 400 series half-turn hydrants manufactured from 2006-April 2013
