- Replacement stem is 18 inches overall length
- M-123-4096 is for the "Original" Mansfield Style 400 series half-turn hydrants only
- Will replace stem in a original 478-14, 479-14, 490-14 or other spring-loaded stem-end 400 series 14 inch hydrant
- Left hand graphite packing included
- Pre-tapped (threaded) for handle screw
- Replacement stem for Mansfield style Original 400 series half-turn hydrants manufactured from 2006-April 2013
